What this site is, what it is not, and the rules for using it.

Vibe Village does not exist yet. The villages described here are planned, not built, and nothing on this site is an offer, a booking, a reservation or a contract.
We are not taking bookings, deposits or payments of any kind, and we have no way to accept them. Nobody should ever ask you for money on behalf of Vibe Village. If anyone does, it is not us.
Submitting the contact form registers your interest and nothing more. It does not hold a date, reserve a cabin, or create any obligation on either side.
The photographs on this site are illustrative. They are licensed stock photography of Romania and of tiny houses in general, chosen to show the intended feeling of each village. They are not photographs of cabins we have built, because we have not built them yet.
The video clips are illustrative in the same way. When the villages are real, these will be replaced with photographs of the actual places.
This site is operated by Dana Mihaela Jude, a private individual in Romania, as a project in development. There is no registered company behind it at this stage.

Comments are moderated and are not published until they are approved. We can decline or remove any comment without explaining ourselves, and we will remove anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive or posted in bulk.
Do not put personal information in a comment, your own or anyone else's. Comments are public once approved. If you have posted something you want removed, email us and we will delete it.
The text, design, logos and name of Vibe Village belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote short passages with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
The photography is licensed from its photographers under the Unsplash License and remains theirs. Nothing here transfers any right in it to you.
The information here describes an intention, not a commitment. Locations, themes, timing, prices and features are all subject to change, and the project may change shape substantially or not happen at all.
We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on information on a pre-launch site of this kind. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and by the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in where those apply to you.
